Simple steps to participate
Volunteer as a speaker
Save the date in the calendar at least 3 weeks in advance.
Alternatively, invite a speaker to join.
Set the tone
Indicate the title and topic of your work in the calendar at least 3 weeks in advance.
Provide links to the paper(s) and supplemental material if available.
Set the room
Prepare both the virtual room (MS Teams) and the physical one for the meeting.
Ensure the space is available and set up properly.
Tentative agenda:
- 20 min presentation (you lead)
- 20 min discussion (you moderate)
- 10 min briefing (share your take-aways)
- Close and prepare for the next session
